Armada Dental Surgery  - Plymouth - (Networking and PC rebuild - )
Chez Vous were a blessing when our Dental Practice system crashed.   We had been accustomed to the strict regime of computer "gurus" who refused to repair faults outside of their cosy workshops.   With them, this meant dismantling the system, delivering it to them and being without it for days - nightmare!  Not so with CVPC.
Tim responded to our call for help by being on site within the hour without fuss and had us up and running without delay. His attention to our everyday smooth running of our network system is prompt, efficient and always good-natured.

We are a medium sized Engineering Company based in Tavistock for the last 45 years. Like many businesses in our field, in order to compete effectively, we have had to look to reduce our costs.  With this in mind we investigated the possibility of sub-contracting our IT support away from an internal position.  We run 4 different servers and a network of 24 PC's running on Windows 2000 but with a Unix package running as well.  We were recommended to Tim Lambie & Chez Vous PC by another business in town nearly a year ago. Since then the 2 Tims have been at our side during some far reaching changes to our systems and have supported us well all of the way. Tavistock Town Council - Tavistock - (Network and anti-virus advice)

We are a small council, but rely heavily on an efficient computer system.
We were continually having problems with our network despite being on Broadband, things moved at a snail’s pace.  Whoever we contacted for help we never seemed to get ‘sorted out’ and being a local council, we are very aware of how we spend public money.  I then saw an article about Tim Lambie and his on-site service in the Upside magazine and made contact right away. We have never looked back and we now have a system that runs smoothly and reliably.  We have found Chez Vous to be efficient, knowledgeable and attentive. We contacted Tim to help us out with the day to day running of our newly installed network. We were having particular problems sorting out e mail addresses and connections to our ISP. Tim was immediately on hand to assist and had a number of difficult conversations with our ISP where his technical knowledge came in very useful. Our e mail addresses are now working well. Tim has also assisted with a number of problems we’ve experienced with client machines around the site, including the sourcing of new hardware.
